We ever growing real estate is looking for a Head of Sales (OffPlan) to join our growing team in Dubai.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Head who can join our multinational team immediately and take it to the next level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies
• Prepare operational and financial sales department reports
• Oversee the management learning and career development of the sales team
• Recruit hire and train offplan teams and help them close deals
• Set sales goals compare performance to goals and adjust goals as needed
• Assess current team processes and procedures identify opportunities for improvement and implement them
• Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members
• Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
• Coach mentor and provide feedback to team members
• Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
• Assess individual performance through observation and measurement and suggest corrective actions as needed

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales leadership experience
• 3 years of experience in real estate
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
• Experience setting sales goals
• Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices
• Knowledge in UAE labor and immigration law
• Excellent communication skills written and spoken
• Experience working as a sales director in a brokerage
