Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets across ME&A region.

Lead and coach teams/agencies and manage corporate communications, branding, demand generation, field marketing, public relations, digital marketing, channel marketing, regional content development and marketing intelligence functions. .

Commercially focused, being responsible for ensuring all campaigns are optimized to achieve maximum ROI and tackle challenges in business development in sub-regions.

Drives content strategy and development to meet the needs of the sales organization at all points of the sales cycle.

Being a member of APAC senior management team, involve making strategic decisions, executing plans, ultimately impacting sales and revenue growth.

Manages budget within corporate guidelines.

Manage regional marketing performance and align and execute corporate strategies and initiative in regions
Preferred Educational Background:
• Requires a master/bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
Preferred Experiential Background:
• At least 8 years’ experience in marketing preferably in solar, electronics or home application industry
• Prior B2B experience marketing to small businesses or enterprise targets highly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of B2B marketing and demand generation programs
• Experience in managing marketing programs to multiple channels and targets
• Experience in developing marketing communications programs and materials.
• Solid experience with targeted marketing programs and tactics, comfortable working with data to define target groups.
• Good knowledge and skills in MS Office (Excel and Powerpoint)
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Chinese
