Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Head of Human Resources for their client in Abu Dhabi which is a multispecialty hospital.We are looking for HR Managers with a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in UAE within a hospital setting.The role would require the candidate to review advice and improve on employment policies L&D HR policies workforce development compliance to local laws employee engagement employee relations rewards and recognition recruitment organizational culture and HR systems.Candidates without Managerial experience in UAE within a hospital setting would not qualify for this role.
Salary: upto Aed 30000 per month plus benefits.
