Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in accounting finance or a related field
  
• Must have more than 10 years of experience in accounting finance or a similar role.
  
• Proven track record in Collecting interpreting and reviewing financial information.
  
• Predicting future financial trends and providing actionable insights.
  
• Reporting to and advising management and stakeholders on financial strategies and their impact on future business decisions.
  
• Producing and interpreting financial reports related to budgets accounts payable and receivable and expenses.
  
• Developing and overseeing longterm business plans and financial strategies.
  
• Reviewing monitoring and managing budgets ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  
• Formulating strategies to minimize financial risk.
  
• Analyzing market trends and competitors with a focus on strategic implications.
  
• Led and managed finance teams with strong skills in mentorship and team development.
  
• Proficiency in modern financial software and ERP systems.
