- Finance business partner to KSA Country director and Commercial (Sales and Marketing) teams.
- Perform financial analysis & provide strategic recommendations to the members of the executive management team to assist in decision making to achieve country profit and cash targets
- Support the business to profitably gain market shares with high sales growth and ensure that margins continue to grow year on year.
- Support pricing reviews, new product launches and promotional evaluations to drive the right mix of product sales in line with the Consumer Transformation Strategy. GP and CIW improvement/optimization should be at the core of all discussions and evaluations
- Drive the accountability of the coordinated Squad and S&OP processes which provide the bases for NTS forecasting, GP mix understanding and leads to informed investment decisions/distortion.
- Prepare and coordinate the planning cycles include the 3YOP with the KSA Commercial and Marketing teams.
- Co-ordinates with the Regional CoE for month, quarter, and yearend close activities.
- Ensure all local bank access and authorization are updated and compliant.
- Enhance KSA cash and working capital and set the plan to decrease intercompany payables.
- Locally develops and maintain internal controls to ensure that finance processes are compliant and aligned with SOX regulations and J&J ICH guidelines
- Champion and drive the savings agendas across all P&L lines (OCNIS, SG&A , GTN,…)
