Responsibilities:

• Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and
  
• Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of
  
• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media,
  
• Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open
  
• Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment
  
• Providing recruitment reports to team

• German (C1) + English (C1)
  
• A bachelor's degree in human resources or similar
  
• Experience with recruitment processes and
  
• Excellent communication
