As the Head Chef you will be responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences developing innovative menus and managing kitchen operations. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the high culinary standards of our caf and contributing to its reputation as a culinary hotspot in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee kitchen operations ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
• Develop and update menus that showcase creativity and cater to diverse customer preferences.
• Manage kitchen staff including recruitment training and performance evaluation.
• Maintain inventory control and manage food costs to meet budgetary targets.
