- Full overview of the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the stores and the Service Office, understands how different actions impact the different lines in the P&L.
- Partner with the Finance Director in coordinating the Business Plan Process. As the Service Office team, we work together to ensure that the markets are steered towards common COMPANY directions and objectives. We identify and capture national potentials and opportunities, based on the knowledge of people s life at home.
- Drives and take responsibility for the Financial Goal setting process for the Group. Ensure we consolidate and deliver the financial goals for our markets, in line with the Financial year cycle. Work with the Regional F&A Manager, the Service Office Management Team and the Service Office Commercial Team to ensure that our goals are realistic, challenging and transparent.
- Responsible for preparing all Group financial reports and presentations (weekly/monthly and ad-hoc) and complete all quality comments on Actuals vs Budget/Forecast and Last year s to the Service Office Management and Commercial Team.
- Secure that our financial goals are communicated and clearly understood by Market management teams and Service Office.
