Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Rotating Equipment Engineer to join our Global Manufacturing Excellence (GM) under the Technical Support team. Technical support is a multidisciplinary team responsible for providing highquality technical support to GM operating facilities (Refineries NGLF and petrochemical plants) inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia & across the globe. Your primary role will be to provide the technical evaluation and assessment of rotating equipment including all the relevant auxiliary systems across our refineries NGLF and petrochemical plants.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to the operation team throughout the entire lifecycle of rotating equipment analyzing their performances operative conditions and boundaries to ensure reliable and safe operations.
• Troubleshoot failures and performance issues related to rotating equipment.
• Apply your knowledge of international standards to enhance equipment performance.
• Implement bestinclass solutions for rotating equipment aligned with international and internal company standards.
• Lead initiatives upgrading programs and projects aimed at improving efficiency in the field of rotating equipment.
• Offer technical solutions when equipment experiences failures utilizing maintenance strategies to analyze address and rectify root causes for prevention.
• Recommend changes in operating modes technological improvements or maintenance strategies to support the companys vision of continuous improvement through collaboration and innovation.

Requirements:

• This role required candidate to permanently relocate at Dhahran Saudi Arabia.
• A Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• A minimum of 15 years experience in the rotating equipment discipline with at least five years of relevant experience in troubleshooting and assessments.
• Thorough knowledge of engineering practices and economic principles calculation methods design details and international codes standards and specifications including API610 API 617 API 692 API 691.
• Familiarity with basic investigation tools and techniques like FRACAS RCA and TAPROOT is considered an added value.
