General Ledger Accountant

CertaPro Painters is a leader in the residential and commercial painting industry. We are a national organization of professional painting contractors specializing in beautifying homes and commercial buildings, both interiors and exteriors.

CertaPro Painters of Blue Bell is looking for a Commercial Estimator/ Production Associate. Our ideal candidate is a leader who is organized, driven, and has strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Meets with the customer to discuss their specific needs and generates an estimate that includes all customer requirements
• Ensures that the estimate contains the correct project information, including products and quantities, and incorporates any changes requested by the customer
• Prepares job schedule, budget, and materials list and delivers to appropriate team members and customer
• Provides estimates on change orders for current projects
• Performs inspections/site walkthroughs to identify progress and address potential issues as early as possible and to ensure project adheres to timeline
• Maintains positive relationships with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other employees
• Participates in meetings, committees, educational opportunities, etc. as requested/required
• Service all CertaPro Painters’ customers with the objective of meeting their painting needs and building customers for life.
• Provide support to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Ensure that all field programs, systems, and initiatives are being executed at a high level
• Build and foster a performance culture with painting crews to maximize productivity and profitability
• Provide field training and coach painting crews to improve brand delivery and productivity
• Facilitates the resolution of client warranty & workmanship issues
• Ensure painting crews are compliant with Company, OSHA, and EPA safety guidelines and regulations

Requirements

• Construction/painting estimating experience preferred
• OSHA Certification is a plus
