Position Summary: Full Cycle Recruiter will work with both candidates and clients. This allows you to control the success and deliver high quality professional and executivelevel candidates while advancing the SEC s brand across numerous markets and professional communities. A wide degree of creativity justintime and longterm recruiting vision business understanding and personal organization is required. The successful candidate shall have a minimum of 37 Years of experience as a Full Cycle Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities
In addition to recruiting candidates for our existing clients our Recruiters develop new clients by establishing relationships with key hiring managers in the market to understand their companies growth strategies and related hiring needs. You will also:
  • Manage the fullcycle recruitment process from initial role briefing through to offer stage
  • Utilize all available direct sourcing tools and technology to ensure a quality candidate shortlist/pipeline
  • Ongoing communication with hiring managers to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruiting solutions
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide consultation to Hiring Managers regarding market conditions candidate availability salary benchmarks
  • Partner with clients to understand their strategic hiring needs in order to fill the open positions effectively
  • Under our guidance we develop and execute a specific recruiting strategy to uncover the mostqualified candidates for our clients.
  • Conduct confidential interviews of qualified candidates
  • Present shortlisted candidates to clients
  • Manage and facilitate the negotiation process
  • Develop and maintain longterm candidate relationships
  • Research and develop leads for future business development.

Requirements

  • Experience in mid to high level positions across O&G Construction Engineering Industrial. Hospitality Healthcare Education IT sectors desirable
  • Experience in assessment of both technical and nontechnical positions.
  • Experience in multiple screening methodologies including soft skills.
  • Experience across the GCC market minimum 12 years
  • Experience in a full cycle recruitment role from direct sourcing screening assessing/ interviewing and offering candidates either in an agency or RPO environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build strong relationships at different levels within an organization
  • Experience in recruiting internationally and across a broad range of nationalities
  • Strong organization skills where applicable certain aspects of the recruitment process i.e. interview scheduling and sourcing
  • Demonstrated interest and ability to work in a fastpaced service environment with the ability to prioritize tasks against commercial value to the business
  • Expert in sourcing screening interviewing and hiring techniques
  • Effective communication and listening skills
