- Be the Lead Afloat and Ashore Network Engineer for the FSET within Bahrain’s Area of Responsibility (AOR). This is a supervisory position, reporting to the program manager
- Interface with senior military and government leadership through regular communications and active engagement
- Manage the team of assigned FSE’s within your AOR. This would include assigning tasks, monitoring progress, providing feedback, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Technical Guidance: You will be responsible for providing technical guidance to your team of assigned FSE’s. This would include helping them troubleshoot issues, providing advice on the best practices, and ensuring that they have the necessary resources and training to perform their jobs effectively
