Our Team

Ensure all admin service provider is well with our company policy and compliance.

Work with our suppliers (security/caterer/ cleaning company / transportation and rent car to improve their services to insure they are aligning with our rules & regulations to keep our premises in safe.

What You Will Do

• Office Management including front office.
• Purchase requisition requests for Admin Department
• Event Organizer
• Administration Support for Employees
• Data Management

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Additional education or certification in office Administration Customer service is a plus

What Will Put You Ahead

Excellent communication (English/Arabic) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and great organizational capabilities.
Competency in managing time and solving everyday problems.
Customer oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service
