Freelance Job Need an animation producer - Unspecified

Now I want to recruit someone who can make animation. I will be responsible for writing the characters and the outline of the story structure. All you have to do is animate a story. The style of animation production is simple and humorous. The lines of the animated characters should be simple. Mainly describe the story structure clearly so that the viewer can understand it.
This animation is supposed to be uploaded to Youtube. There may also be some Chinese media channels. But the main platform is Youtube. And the position is a longterm partnership. So the requirements are very strict. Two candidates will be selected first. I will be working with these two animators on the first episode in a month or two. First I care about the satisfaction of the videos produced by the animators. Second how I feel about working with these two producers.
Put it all together lets see whos best for me. It should be noted that during this 12 month cooperation period I will not pay any salary to the candidate.
