- Safely and proficiently operate forklifts to load, unload, and move materials within the Assigned area.
- Transport goods to designated locations using safe and efficient techniques.
- Load and unload materials from trucks, pallets, or shelves, ensuring proper stacking and secure placement.
- Handle fragile or hazardous items with care, following established guidelines.
- Assist in the organization and tracking of inventory by accurately updating records and reporting any discrepancies.
- Assist in conducting periodic inventory checks as required.
- Adhere to safety protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following established safety guidelines for forklift operation.
- Conduct routine checks on the forklift to ensure it is in good working condition and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff and truck drivers to facilitate the efficient loading and unloading of goods.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to forklift operations, including inventory records, logbooks, and incident reports.
