Foreman - MEP

Responsibilities:

1. Project Oversight:
   • Supervise and coordinate MEP installations in highrise residential buildings.
   • Ensure compliance with project specifications codes and quality standards.
   • Collaborate with project managers and other foremen to achieve project goals.
2. Team Leadership:
   • Lead a team of MEP technicians ensuring proper allocation of tasks and resources.
   • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a positive work environment.
   • Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce safety protocols onsite.
3. Quality Control:
   • Monitor and inspect MEP installations to ensure they meet design and industry standards.
   • Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
   • Conduct quality assurance checks at various stages of the project.
4. Communication:
   • Liaise with project stakeholders including architects engineers and subcontractors.
   • Provide regular project updates to management and participate in project meetings.
   • Report any challenges delays or changes in project scope promptly.
5. Budget and Resource Management:
   • Assist in the development and monitoring of project budgets for MEP activities.
   • Manage resources efficiently optimizing productivity and minimizing wastage.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as an MEP Foreman in highrise residential building projects.
• Demonstrated experience working on projects with areas ranging from 1000 to 10000 square meters.
• Thorough knowledge of MEP systems including mechanical electrical and plumbing.
• Familiarity with relevant codes standards and regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify and address challenges effectively.
• Proactive problemsolving approach to ensure project success.
• Indepth knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
• Commitment to creating and maintaining a safe working environment.
