In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For

  • Acting as a business finance partner and helps Operations define relevant plan to grow
  • Supporting business functional leaders to make strategic decision on resources allocation & cost actions.
  • Developing and produce standard reporting, presentation materials; and cost analysis and reports to build decision-making.
  • Defining KPIs to measure the performance in all areas of the organization- manufacturing, R&D, engineering, supply chain, commissioning.
  • Analyzing the performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans as needed.
  • Managing the business cycle- 3 year plan, budget, forecasts at each level of the organization.
  • Providing advice and guidance to functional management or business functions on approaches, projects, programs in the functional area and ways of working.
  • Contributing towards taking important decisions with business relevance or supporting business in making decisions understanding broader cross-functional implications.
  • Communicating high-level concepts to Senior leadership & executives. Frequent use of coaching and development of subordinates.
  • Delivering specialized professional work delivered by single-layered team or professional work delivered by multi-layered teams.
  • Handling complex professional work in the department. Cases are unique and sometimes without precedent. Knowledge management & developing new approaches is important.
  • Leading, designing, and implementing of projects.

To Be Successful In This Role You Will

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business/Commercial or similar from an accredited university or college
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in FP&A Operations.
  • Have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to perform lookups, pivot tables and formulas/macros
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Great interpersonal and leadership skills
