Overview
We are seeking a Financial Specialist Consultant to join the Affiliates & Structuring Advisory Division within Treasury Financial Advisory Department of Saudi Aramco.
The Financial Specialist leads and advises on treasury matters related to Saudi Aramcos Affiliates including WhollyOwned Joint Ventures and Public Entities.
As the successful candidate you will lead the review of affiliates corporate finance matters including liquidity working capital dividends and capital structure.
In addition you will evaluate and recommend ways to optimize Intragroup lending demonstrating an understanding of and structuring and tax optimization opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
You will have experience in valuation and financial modeling.
Knowledge of debt financing and other instruments.
Understanding of intragroup lending and tax organization.
Applicable team skills and crossfunctional experience.
Exposure to Mergers and Acquisitions.
Excellent and proven negotiation skills.
You will be expected to communicate with all levels of the organization including mentoring new hires and presenting on certain occasions to the Saudi Aramco Management Committee.
Minimum Requirements
As the successful candidate you will hold an MBA or an equivalent degree with Business Accounting Finance or a related field from a recognized and approved program.
