Inviting applications for the role of Financial Administrator – Senior Process Associate – Dutch – Remote EMEA / EU ** Responsibilities** • Periodic financial closing of the 4-weekly payroll week and further processing thereof • Provide and manage various financial reports • Taking care of incoming bank transactions, further researching them and transferring them to the correct cost centers • Monitor net wages and correct where necessary • Create and rebook debtor lists • Taking care of incoming funds from the subsidy schemes, further figuring this out (LKV, ZWERD) and transferring them to the correct cost centers • Answering and analyzing financial issues from the customer within the agreed timelines Resolving line items at employee level in the accounting department • Actively contribute ideas about optimizing the work processes, both in the field of automation and guaranteeing quality (for example, using macros, combining knowledge from various processes) • Supporting colleagues and the customer with complex questions • Matching various accounts Qualifications we seek in you! ** Minimum Qualification/skills** • Minimum bachelor level of work and thinking, with a Practical Diploma in Dutch Payroll Administration, VPS being an advantage • relevant work experience within HR and/or payroll and up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws and regulations • You have experience within an organization that works with several collective labor agreements. • Experience within a Retail environment or where Retail processes are used is highly preferred • Experience with SAP is a big plus • Advanced in Excel and preferably bring experience with macros • You have good communication skills in both Dutch and English, because all processes are in English
