We are seeking a Finance Manager in AlUla Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

Contract interpretation and advice/action

Client and stakeholder management.

Executive level reporting

Internal programme management

Managing and assisting technical teams to prepare task orders/work packages

Maintaining rolling revenue & profit forecasts

Reporting on project performance (Financial commercial and procurement)

Subcontract management and administrative

dispute claim management.

What were looking for

• Degree in relevant discipline
• Prior experience working within an Engineering Consultancy business.
• Has prepared project related financial reports and reconciliations relating to project expenses
• billing debt provisions and utilisation
• Good contract commercial and financial understanding
• Excellent written English for preparation of task orders contract letters and communications.
• Good negotiation skills to agree subcontracts with third parties;
• Previous experience in government departments/client side roles;
• Large company & project financial control systems use & understanding;
• Good attention to detail and ability to review invoices and contracts prior to issue.
• Good understanding of a project lifecycle and the different measures of financial performance
