Job Title: Finance Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Cost analysis scrutiny of resulting variances against the budget and alignment of the actual performances to the Budget Plan by working alongside concerned departments
• Annual Operating Expenses (OPEX) Budgeting. Provide the Department Heads material facts and figures to plan and budget the operational costs
• Cost Control Gatekeeper for all related Purchase Requisitions. Ensure that the approved Purchase Requisitions are in line with budgets
• Provides Senior Management information pertaining to Monthly Consolidated Revenues Performance prepares Monthly Department Review PPTs & Quarterly Performance Contracts Reconciliation Quarterly (Finance led) Revenue Forecasts and EBITDA
• Pre and Post Margin Analysis for Events; support Sales Team on commercial bids
• Support Annual Pricing exercise
• CAFM report reviews and FM Departments Operational performance analysis
• Support Annual Preventive maintenance plan
