1) Implement Sales & Marketing strategy of the Division / Product range in the market
2) Ensure that the Sales Force is properly equipped trained and motivated to achieve their targets by providing best service practices to the customers
3) Build and maintain professional relationship with the decision makers in the market to achieve the set targets
4) Ensure that the Sales personnel are adhering to the company policy & guidelines
5) Ensure Brand objectives are met as per the guidelines of the Division Manager
6) Direct the Sales personnel in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the respective territory / channel
7) Conduct strategic meetings with customers negotiate and sign Business Development Agreement (BDA) & ensure implementation
8) Conduct regular sales meeting to evaluate the performance & take corrective steps to drive sales.
9) Conduct performance evaluation and appraisals (Quarterly & Annual) of the sales force for the Channel
10) Actively participate & get involved in the new business development opportunities
11) Ensure that the volume and value sale target allocated for the Channel is achieved
12) Focus on improved distribution visibility share of shelf in the category market share growth for each SKU/brand
13) Monthly Analysis Report Analysis of report on account Brand and Skus wise with results
14) Quarterly Business Review need to do business review to Division Manager
15) Perfect Store Gum & Chocolate P Scores should be maintained with the assigned target
Education: Bachelors Degree from recognized university
