Factory Supervisor - Hitech Steel Industry

• Should have have BS/ DAE in civil/mechanical/ industrial engineering.
• Should have 10 years of working experience in a Metal and Steel Production factory.
• Manage and coordinate production schedules and workflow.
• Supervise and lead a team of workers including training and performance evaluation.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with other departments such as logistics and maintenance to achieve production goals.
• Supervise a team of welders providing guidance and training as needed.
• Schedule and prioritize welding tasks to meet production goals.
• Ensure that welding equipment is properly maintained and operated.
• Inspect welded products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to interpret welding specifications.
• Monitor and enforce safety procedures in the welding area.
• Coordinate and supervise metal production activities.
• Manage a team of workers involved in cutting shaping and assembling metal components.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure product specifications are met.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to understand product requirements.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
