الوصف الوظيفي
Responsibilities:
• You’ll perform controls that ensure proper work utilization, quality of work executed and reporting through Maximo.
• You’ll monitor service level agreements against performance and ensure that contract resources are effectively and efficiently used.
• You’ll provide front line support and training as required to the contractor team, incorporating specific know-how from the contractors operating systems into DA’s knowledge base.
• You will provide support in outsourcing criteria, risk analysis technical evaluation and providing technical requirements and service level agreements for new contracts.
