This position requires the candidate to have a background or educational studies in construction; civil, foundation works, geotechnical studies, utility services, micro piles, piling, shoring, earth retention, and more. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing all our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work with a dedicated team of professionals and be the main contact point for project-related matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (must have)
• 1 year of experience in a project management role in the construction industry, specifically in civil and foundation works (or educational experience)
• Knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment
• Experience in deep foundation, earth retention, or ground improvement
• Proficient in project management software
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to read blueprints, structural drawings, and plan sets
• Knowledge of building codes, standards of practice, and safety regulations
