DESCRIPTION

• Advise customers through consultative approach and be an anchor to realize Articulate to Realize

• Must have an understanding of current market trends risks and prevalent technologies business models and business processes used in the industry.

• Advising clients on Enterprise Architecture related services Enterprise Architecture program management Developing & Managing EA practice

• Bringing structure to the client problems & problem solving. Develop / customize solutions relevant to client

• Sharp focus on quality delivery (Ensuring high quality delivery)

• Program management multitasking and time management

• Strong understanding of IT policies procedures and processes drive & govern implementation of policies and procedures

• Strong solution architecture skills must be able to derive technology solutions based on business requirements and develop business case

• Representing service offerings whitepapers & POVs in analysts/industry/customer forums

• Internal Focus:

o Work with the internal entrepreneurs (e.g. Innovation team) and senior management to identify disruptive opportunities in the areas of information technology

o Actively support business development efforts including taking proposal preparation

o Develop new service offering and also enhance/upgrade the existing ones

o Guide & mentor a team of analysts & consultants

• External Focus:

o Lead consulting engagements for customers to drive transformation Initiatives

o Client relationship management.

o Handle mid to largesize accounts and expand opportunities with new/existing clients on ongoing basis
