Electronics Packaging Engineer

Required Education

• PhD in the sciences and engineering disciplines.
  

Required Experience

• Effective organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are required
• Must be a US citizen and meet Air Force Research Laboratory requirements to access Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.
  

Preferred Experience

• Cleanroom fabrication experience in compound semiconductor or related technologies.
  

Security Clearance Requirement: Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
