Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team. This role involves designing studying and improving electrical systems for oil & gas facilities utilities and residences ensuring optimal power reliability and efficiency.
Requirements
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and modify electrical systems for oil & gas facilities residential buildings and utility services.
- Plan and oversee new facility electrical designs focusing on efficiency and costeffectiveness.
- Mentor and train junior electrical engineers sharing expertise and promoting continuous learning.
- Develop and implement Energy Management and Efficiency Programs to enhance energy use and sustainability.
- Lead the development of Power Reliability Programs monitoring and optimizing the performance of electrical systems.
- Review and approve engineering design packages ensuring optimal material selection and cost reduction.
- Design and issue engineering packages for anode monitoring and Cathodic Protection (CP) systems.
- Perform electrical surveys assessments and audits particularly concerning DC battery systems CP systems and solar installations.
- Identify and develop solutions for continuous improvement in electrical challenges.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Electrical or Power Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Advanced degree in an electrical engineering discipline (preferred).
- Minimum of 14 years experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Valid driving license with the ability to undertake longdistance travel.
- Proficient in English with effective communication skills.
- Skilled in developing design packages and conducting electrical system studies.
- Extensive knowledge of NEC IEEE standards and best practices.
- Recommended to have IEEE membership.
- Indepth experience in designing maintaining and optimizing electrical systems including but not limited to power overhead lines transformers generators and more.
