The Early Career Traineeship is designed for fresh graduates where Baker Hughes will train fresh talent who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a specific business.

As an Early Career Trainee in HR Shared Services you will be responsible for:

• Responsible for the successful execution of one or more HR Operations process(s).

• Manage service delivery metrics and/or thirdparty supplier performance in relation to the assigned process(s).

• Drive increased productivity and compliance through process improvements standardization and simplification within assigned area (s).

• Foster a culture of customer service excellence and continuous process improvement by providing Best in Class customer service and advise on complex questions/requests from employees businesses and HR partners.

• Maintain high standards of accuracy timeliness and quality to ensure compliance with relevant legal and Baker Hughes policy requirements.

• Develop effective relationships with stakeholders through strong interpersonal skills and proactive communication.

To be successful in this traineeship you will:

• Have recently graduated with a bachelors degree from an accredited university preferably in Human Resources

• Graduated from your bachelors degree within the last 12 months.

• Have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0.

• Be legally entitled to work in Saudi Arabia which you are applying without sponsorship or time restrictions.

• Be fluent in written and spoken English and have effective communication skills.

• Have good customer service focus with an ability to anticipate customer needs with solid responsiveness.
