Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities: · May hand carry important documents and other materials directly to addressee. · Perform miscellaneous errands involving pick - up and delivery of office mail, important papers and records of a priority nature, etc. · May perform or assist in the servicing of vehicles by filling with gas, checking and replenishing oil and water, servicing batteries and tires, and washing windows. · May perform or assist in basic automotive maintenance and repair duties. · May pick up vehicles for service or repair and return on completion of work. · Because of necessary fluctuations of workloads, an incumbent in this class may be required on an occasional basis and according to need, to perform duties outside his/her area at a level of skill the same as or lower than required by his/her ordinary assignment.
