Document Management Specialist

Job Purpose:

To handle daily development and operation for Document Management System (Newgen Platform) in addition to Microsoft SharePoint system. The role involves overseeing the entire software engineering lifecycle including implementing testing processes and delivery to operations team. In addition to collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications ensuring highquality deliverables that meet or exceed expectations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Business requirement analysis design development testing.
  
• Hands on coding and preparation of overall solution for Newgen DMS Platform and Microsoft Share Point.
  
• Building Solution and presentation to different stakeholders inside organization.
  
• Creating a detailed business analysis outlining problems opportunities and solutions for a business.
  
• Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders.
  
• Working with Database Oracle SQL Server functions and procedures.
  
• Working on Windows Solaris/Linux.
  
• Identify opportunities for process improvement system optimization and integration of new technologies.
  
• Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients.
  
• Provides technical direction and handson for the development design and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation.
  
• Ensure compliance with organizational requirements and industry standards.
  
• Easily recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams or external vendors for implementation.
  
• Deliver software product(s) based on requirements and in alignment with organization goals.
  
• Generate and build new report/dashboard.
  
• Planning System monitoring and performance improvement.
  
• Documents preparations and requirements analysis.
  

Requirements

Required Skills and qualifications:

• Batcheler/Master degree in Computer science or equivalent degree.
  
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java Python C or others commonly used in software development.
  
• Expertise in database design SQL and database management systems (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL Oracle).
  
• Understanding of telecommunications concepts.
  
• Skilled knowledge in skill Java/j2ee web services Java messaging services (JMS)
  
• JSP/servlets MSSQL oracle JavaScript jQuery Ajax html/html5 MQ/Flexcube integration
