Must Haves:
-1+ year of recent relevant experience in a heavy phone support role or customer service role with a large enterprise company
- Must be comfortable in a heavy phone support role taking close to 200 transactions per day
- Excellent professionalism is a must!
- Overall technically savvy, and must be a quick learner
- Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at once, and must have ability to learn quickly and work in a fast paced environment
- Must be ok working weekend schedules (both Saturday and Sundays) and later shift times (1:30 PM to 10 PM)
