Director of Marketing and Communications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Previous experience in a senior leadership role
• Faultless leadership skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Understanding of budgeting and financial forecasting for department
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal diplomatically with colleagues and press
• Ability to create strategy and vision as well as follow-through execution.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in brand, marketing & communications, preferably in luxury brands, hospitality, or private members club sector.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand & communication strategies.
• Strong creative and analytical abilities.
• Deep appreciation for tradition and history, combined with a forward-thinking mindset.
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt strategies in a dynamic environment.
