Director of Digital Transformation

Job Description

• Lead & develop the digital transformation strategy that aligns with the business overall goals and objectives.
• Implement best in class practices by staying at the forefront of emerging technologies.
• Formulate and create an actionable road map for transformation in the technology platform, including identifying key milestones and time lines.
• Identify and mitigate risk associate with the transformation, ensuring data security and system stability throughout the process.
• Build and manage a high performing team of processionals by providing guidance and mentorship to achieve excellent execution and the transformation goals.
• Ensure the external vendor is held accountable and give them guidelines to achieve the goals.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 15 years of experience in information system, computer science or any related field.
• Proven experience in leading a large-scale technology transformation within complex organisations.
• Solid knowledge of agile methodologies and project management.
• Strong and proven leaderships and people management skills with track record in developing high performing team.
• Strategic thinker and problem solving abilities with keen eyes in identifying opportunities.
