Job Description

In this role, you will:

• Partner with all members of the leadership team to ensure all phases of the customer life-cycle are aligned with complementary actions and accountability.
• Collaborate globally with CS & sales leadership surrounding GTM strategy
• Track leads to ensure consistent and predictable monthly/quarterly results
• Effectively develop, design, build, and execute all aspects of the US CS business plan

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate has:

• 2+ years of experience managing multiple teams
• Experience owning retention metrics
• B2B SaaS experience
• BA/BS degree
