What you'll need

• Proven experience as a Director of Growth Marketing or similar role within a B2C technology company.

• Strong expertise in Growth strategy and implementation, with proficiency in CRM and Analytics tools.

• Demonstrated success in developing and executing GTM plans for new market entry.

• Experience in a fast paced matrixed environment working with Product and Marketing teams with a strong commercial mindset

• Building and managing high-performing growth marketing teams.

• Proficiency in data analysis, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization. • Deep understanding of customer-centric marketing principles and best practices.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, or a related field
