- Develop SMB Indirect Partner sales plans with the aim of achieving both volume and margin objectives for the business unit s SMB products and services. Develop and implement account sales plans to ensure a substantial sales opportunity pipeline Direct and manage the support provided to the SMB Indirect /Partner sales force throughout the sales process in all sales oriented activities, such as marketing, sales promotions and training to achieve revenue targets. Assign and follow up on SMB sales targets and monitor sales performance of Indirect Partner sales force against objectives, compliance with agreements inform management of results and take corrective action whenever necessary in order to achieve sales targets.
