Digital Transformation Technology Innovation Senior Leadership role

• Shape and steer the Groups Digital Transformation agenda with a focus on advanced analytics across the Group and its portfolio companies (in various sectors).
  
• Provide strategic and execution advisory and expert knowledge on Advanced Analytics Business Intelligence and AI / ML.
  
• Provide advisory support to the Groups Operating Companies (Boardlevel CEO and CxO level and Digital Leader and technical teams level) to deploy: (i) Advanced Analytics Business Intelligence and AI / ML. (ii) Other supporting and adjacent digital technologies e.g. Cloud Infrastructure Data platforms Automation IoT / OT.
  
• Lead the setup and rollout of an AI CentreofExcellence (CoE)
  
• Identify strategic opportunities to drive value creation for both Group level (portfoliowide) and individual portfolio companies from Advanced Analytics Business Intelligence and AI / ML.
  

Requirements

• Relevant degree in Engineering Science Management or other related field from a highly accredited University with a preference for advanced degrees and/or relevant technical qualifications.
  
• 20 years of experience in Advanced Analytics Digital Strategy Digital Transformation and Technology or other related roles.
  
• Strong understanding of a wide range of Advanced Analytics technologies and their business usecases which must include a strong focus on Business Intelligence AI / ML and other forms of Advanced analytics along with an understanding of Cloud Data Automation (software and/or hardware) IoT/ OT Major Systems Connectivity and IT Infrastructure.
  
• Deep experience using advanced analytics AI and ML to achieve business goals in organizations creating data & AI strategies and roadmaps and identifying main areas where the application of AI / ML can stimulate business growth.
  
• Experience in developing Advanced Analytics strategies and execution plans including clear alignment to the business strategy and an understanding of where business usecases drive value through improving customer experience enhancing commercial effectiveness evolving operational efficiency and creating new business models.
  
• Experience of working across multiple sectors
  
• Experience of leading and driving the execution of endtoend Digital / Advanced Analytics initiatives including delivery of multiple usecases from conception through to POC and atscale execution.
  
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to engage and influence senior leadership e.g. Board members CEOs seniorlevel executives technology vendors.
  
• Excellent presentation influencing and communication skills.
