Digital Product Owner

Job Description:

• Product development and management. You are a driven and innovative professional with extensive digital banking product management experience (+5 years), and product development. You have a deep understanding of digital banking principles and pricing.
• 3+ years of experience in product ownership or product management
• 3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum in a digital space
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities
• Relevant experience in banking, finance, or in a related product area
• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
• Bachelors degree in computer science, business, a related field, or equivalent work experience
  
• Experience working with business application owners and development teams to elaborate business requirements, lead scope definition, drive technical implementation and needed launch activities
• Strong organizational and program management skills with high attention to detail coupled with strong ability to multi-task across a series of concurrent initiatives
• Exceptional communications and presentation skills across multiple audiences at senior levels
• Strong technical and business acumen with a bias towards practical execution
• Scrappy, versatile personality type with high resiliency and a drive for success and a willingness to pitch in wherever necessary to get the job done
• Leadership. Well-developed management and leadership skills sufficient to achieve results within a matrix organization, including the ability to influence at a senior level. Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work effectively while managing competing priorities.
