Job Title: UI and Service Designer

Location: Saudi Arabia (Onsite)

We are currently seeking a talented UI and Service Designer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This is an onsite position and we are looking for immediate joiners who can contribute effectively to our projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Create user interface designs wireframes prototypes and mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
• Develop user journey maps service blueprints and other design artifacts to visualize user experiences and service interactions.
• Conduct user research usability testing and analysis to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation of designs meets usability and accessibility standards.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback user testing results and evolving project requirements.
• Maintain design systems style guides and documentation to ensure consistency across projects and platforms.
• Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in UI/UX design and service design.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Interaction Design HCI (HumanComputer Interaction) or related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer Interaction Designer or Service Designer.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch Adobe XD Figma or similar software.
• Strong understanding of usercentered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with designing for web mobile and other digital platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and explain design decisions to stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of frontend development technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) is a plus.
• Experience in designing for ecommerce fintech or other digital services is desirable.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
