Data Entry Operator - GINOX UAE LLC

Title : DATA ENTRY NAVISION

Reporting to : BUSINESS SUPPORT MANAGER

Summary of Responsibilities

Data entry is responsible for accurate entering important information/data and keeping records up to date.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist the Business Support and Technical department for Bill of Materials

Maintain and update database for all records like raw materials resources parts and quantities.

Update Navision Software by data entry without delay

Coordinate with different departments if needed or as required like production projects purchase and technical to have an ontime report.

Do research and collect data review data for errors or discrepancies and make a corrective solution.

Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.

Qualifications & Profile:

Vocational Courses Diploma in Business / Administration

Minimum 12years experience using NAVISION SOFTWARE

Proven ability to be independent and selfmotivated.

Good working knowledge of MS Office.

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Attention to details

Ability to work overtime as needed.

• Salary Package : Aed2000 ( FREE Accommodation and Transportation) Overtime if any.

Job Type: Fulltime

Salary: Up to AED2000.00 per month
