The Role:

At HyperSpace Arabia we are looking for an exceptional customer service individual with great customer service skills and passion for dealing with customers complaints issues suggestions inquiry feedback and booking reservations on a daytoday basis. Someone who brings a positive energy when attending to customer needs ability to multitask can evidence strong telephone and writing skills and has a friendly outgoing demeanor.

Responsiblities:

  • Deal with customer inquiry suggestion complaint or feedback via email various social platforms and phone calls in a friendly professional and positive manner.
  • Listen identify support and meet the needs of customers in the park.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction by assessing their experience or feedback.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer service is being delivered effectively.
  • Ensure to comply and follow the correct customer service escalation procedures.
  • Develop a strong relationship with customers to ensure we receive positive feedback
  • Perform other assigned tasks and duties to support the department.
  • Making reservations via email or telephone for B2B/B2C customers based on their various requirements
  • Answer and provide support to customers who might need to change or cancel their booking reservation
  • Sorting out any issues that may arise with booking reservations in a positive and efficient manner
  • Ensure all reservations are captured into the system according to standard operating procedures
  • Handle and process refund payments and provide confirmation information to customers
  • Promote product services and maintain strong relationships to both B2B/B2C customers
  • Ensure all files are accurate and up to date including booking information schedule etc
  • Manage school and group booking sales

Other skills requires as a Customer Service Representative include:

  • Fluency in Arabic and English is a must
  • Experience with reservation ticketing software such as VGS Technoheaven is a plus.
  • Exposure in Sprinklr hubspot google workspace is an advantage but not mandatory.

About You:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience as Customer service/ Call center agent preferably within hotel travel & tours restaurant ticketing attraction park.
  • Possess excellent communication skills (both oral and written in Arabic & English) and effective time management skills with the ability to manage complex tasks.
  • Able to record investigate resolve and manage potentially challenging customer service situations in a calm conciliatory manner with a customer first approach at all times.

HyperSpace is a Dubai/Riyadh based future forward entertainment company building a new format of location based entertainment linking physical and digital experience and customer engagement. Our parks sit at the convergence of social media arena and real world video game engaging our audience meaningfully through an IRL physical experience and through digital engagement and gameplay postvisit. Our parks are powered by tokens and digital assets and run on a game economy mirroring AAA gaming environments and are purpose built for a new generation of content creators and players.

To date we have opened up our first entertainment attraction AYA a 40000sqft digital immersive experience park located in Dubai which is seeing an average of 2000 visitors a day. We will open two House of Hype locations each 100000sqft at Riyadh Boulevard and Dubai Mall in Q4 2023.
