Customer Service Executive - IIQAF

As a Customer Service Executive at you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients. Your primary role will be to ensure that our customers needs are met in a timely and professional manner and to maintain a high level of satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer complaints or issues keeping them informed throughout the process.
• Handle a high volume of calls and emails while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
• Proactively identify and communicate opportunities for improving customer service processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer issues and concerns.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and their concerns have been addressed.
