Creative Lead

Responsibilities:
• Participate in new business development activities
• Participate in recruiting and hiring designers for noon
• Evaluate current content and see how it can be revised for enhanced customer experience.
• Provide guidance and output in Graphic Design and Motion Graphics
• Promote a culture of innovation and teamwork
• Ensure the very highest writing standards are being consistently met within timelines.
• Create strong brand identities and also manage all ATL & BTL campaigns
• Quickly understand, analyze, and respond to design briefs with a creative solution based approach
• Regular brainstorming sessions with the team for sharing the ideas and keeping them updated with the guidelines before the creation of content.
• Work with the team to develop and deliver boundary-pushing concepts
• Provide leadership and guidance on all aspects of noon’s creative output, including management of the Creative Team
• Mentor designers and help them set and achieve satisfying career goals
• Completeness and suitability of work (works as per the required situation)
• Review the product content to ensure that the grammar and product details are precisely mentioned as per the brand requirements.
• Implement design principals across the business and develop creative programs that meet the business objectives of the organisation and that advance the brand, product and proposition strategy.
• Responsible to develop and execute creative campaigns and manage timelines across the board of brands that are given to you
• Update and improve the guidelines keeping the new trends and terminology in mind.
