COOP - Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Business Analyst Trainee in the Ecommerce department. As a trainee you will have the opportunity to gain handson experience in various aspects of the dynamic world of online retail. You will be an integral part of our team participating in meetings brainstorming sessions and working closely with crossfunctional teams to drive business growth.

Responsibilities: Participate actively in meetings and brainstorming sessions contributing fresh ideas and insights to support the Ecommerce teams objectives. Assist in data entry and maintenance of data ensuring accuracy and completeness of information for various Ecommerce projects and initiatives. Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and accurate product content including descriptions specifications and images ensuring a consistent brand voice and highquality presentation. Support the Business Analysts in gathering analyzing and interpreting sales and customer behavior data to identify trends opportunities and potential areas for improvement. Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations summarizing sales performance customer behavior insights and key performance indicators (KPIs) to help inform strategic decisionmaking. Stay uptodate with industry trends best practices and emerging technologies relevant to Ecommerce and provide recommendations for process enhancements and optimization.

Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business or a related field (or currently pursuing). Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret data accurately. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools. Familiarity with Ecommerce platforms content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
