Human Resources Transformation Manager/ Senior Manager

During your tenure as a Senior Consultant/Manager in Human Resources (HR) Transformation you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:

  • Own the development of high quality and impactful deliverables within agreed timelines to deliver a superior client experience
  • Apply experience in HR Transformation to design HR strategies aligned to the clients business and identify opportunities to improve the clients HR operations and technologies and overall customer experience
  • Recommend most suitable HR technologies that meet the clients needs and requirements
  • Understand how business functions operate and how industry / sector trends impact a clients business
  • Engage in stakeholder engagement activities and collaborate with clients to understand their needs and solve their most complex and pressing issues
  • Recommend appropriate methods for collecting and analyzing data in order to develop informed recommendations that shape or support the clients business strategy
  • Organize insights and define a logical and structured flow to tell a story when presenting findings and / or recommendations
  • Keep abreast of regional and global trends to address client needs and enhance recommendations
  • Contribute to the management of workstreams / teams including identifying priorities allocating tasks providing guidance reviewing work and providing constructive feedback
  • Support with project management activities to ensure project delivery on time within budget and as per quality standards
  • Maintain composure through conflict and sensitive situations and escalate issues to engagement/account leadership in a timely manner
  • Contribute to business development opportunities including proposal development and client presentations by understanding client requirements and designing appropriate solutions
  • Contribute to practice development initiatives including culture building eminence recruiting etc. to continuously enhance the firms value proposition

Leadership Capabilities:

Qualifications:

  • 6 12 years of experience in HR Transformation. Experience in Consulting is a plus
  • An undergraduate degree in Economics Business Administration Finance Engineering or any relevant degree MBA or a relevant Master degree is a plus
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Arabic Languages
  • Certifications in related methodologies including PMP CIPD SHRM and Lean Six Sigma is a plus
  • Excellent communication and people skills with a strong emphasis on teamwork
  • Demonstrate leadership and teambuilding capabilities
  • Demonstrate ability to coach and mentor others
  • Ability to operate and understand project management disciplines
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with good attention to details
  • Excellent knowledge in MS office applications especially in PowerPoint Word and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks and responsibilities in a deadline oriented environment with flexible work hours
  • Willingness to travel (required)
