Position Overview: The successful candidate shall have a minimum of 37 Years of experience as a Full Cycle Recruiter.

Full Cycle Recruiter will work with both candidates and clients. This allows you to control the success and deliver high quality professional and executivelevel candidates while advancing SEU s brand across numerous markets and professional communities. A wide degree of creativity justintime and longterm recruiting vision business understanding and personal organization is required.

Responsibilities

In addition to recruiting candidates for our existing clients our Recruiters develop new clients by establishing relationships with key hiring managers in the market to understand their companies growth strategies and related hiring needs.

• Manage the full cycle recruitment process from initial role briefing through to offer stage
  
• Utilize all available direct sourcing tools and technology to ensure a quality candidate shortlist/pipeline
  
• Ongoing communication with hiring managers to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruiting solutions
  
• Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction driving continuous improvement initiatives
  
• Provide consultation to Hiring Managers regarding market conditions candidate availability salary benchmarks
  
• Partner with clients to understand their strategic hiring needs in order to effectively fill their open positions
  
• Under our guidance develop and execute a specific recruiting strategy to uncover the mostqualified candidates for our clients
  
• Conduct confidential interviews of qualified candidates
  
• Present shortlisted candidates to clients
  
• Manage and facilitate the negotiation process
  
• Develop and maintain longterm client and candidate relationships
  
• Research and develop leads for future business development
  

Skills & Experience

• Experience in a full cycle recruitment role from direct sourcing screening assessing/ interviewing and offering candidates either in an inhouse agency or RPO environment
  
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build strong relationships at different levels within an organization
  
• Experience recruiting internationally
  
• Strong organization skills and the ability to delegate where applicable certain aspects of the recruitment process i.e. interview scheduling and sourcing
  
• Demonstrated interest and ability to work in a fastpaced service environment Expert in sourcing screening interviewing and hiring techniques
  
• Effective communication and listening skills
  
• Experience and ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize different needs and plans to accommodate a broad range of stakeholders and responsibilities
