Open Position: Senior, Actuary Specialist (Financial Institution)

A Financial Institution Company is currently hiring Senior, Actuary Specialist to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur

Key responsibilities include:

• Having more than 3 years of working experience within the Actuary industry
  
• Holds Bachelor Degree in Actuarial Science, Statistic, Mathematics or equivalent
  
• Good understanding of actuarial basis, statutory and traditional embedded value, economic capitals and financial reporting standard
  
• Develop and review technical specifications and frameworks for the fintech products, systems and ensure compliance according to the rules and regulations
  
• Participate in setup, system enhancement and involved in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the fintech product and systems
  
• Perform detailed business analysis, market analysis with a good understanding of mathematical modeling techniques, statistical concepts as well as best practices
  
• Good knowledge of statistical analysis tools programming languages such as Excel, SAS, R, Phyton, SQL and etc
  
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
