Qualifications

1. 5+ years of HR experience with solid planning and implementation of compensation plans.
2. Master degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or equivalent experience
3. Good at interpersonal and teamwork skills
4. Excellent ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
5. Proven analytical skills and project management skills
6. Be able to propose ideas, suggestions or find solutions.
7. Proficient in English both in speaking and writing; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
8. Strong adoptability and flexibility skill in fast-changing and high-demanding environment
9. Strong customer focus, responsiveness, analytical and consulting skills to provide trustable advice
10. Hold a research spirit to be able to kick-off new project or unfamiliar arena.
11. Comprehensive Human Resources knowledge.
12. Understanding theoretical compensation structure as fundamental knowledge.
13. Global and regional experiences is a strong plus
