Company Secretarial Officer

What We Look For In You

• Bachelor's degree holder in law, corporate governance, business, management, finance, communication, or accounting
• 5-7 years of company secretarial experience from MNC/professional firms/law firms/regulated companies
• Sound understanding of U.A.E Company Governing laws.
• Independent, self-motivated, passionate and able to work under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility
• Exceptional time management and ability to multitask effectively
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  
  

Nice to Haves

• In-house experience at financial institutions and/or tech companies an advantage
• Experience in dealing with crypto matters a definite advantage
